السلام عليكم

يوجد الكثير من الطريق ولاكن تختلف باختلاف الحاله التي فقد فيها الأيميل

ومن أصعب واشهر الحالات أن السارق يقوم بتغيير البيانات من سؤال سري وغيره

وهذه الحاله لا يوجد لها حل إلا عن طريق مراسلة الشركه

لايميل hotmail
ماعليك فعله هو التالي

تقوم بإرسال رسالة إلى شركة الهوتميل على الايميل التالي

service_x@hotmail.com

PW VERIFICATION INFO ENCLOSED : وتكتب عنوان الرسالة

وتملأ هذا النموذج

- first mane : أسمك الأول
- last mane : أسمك الأخير
- Birth date : تاريخ عيد ميلادك

- Zip or postal code : الكودرقم

ولايفوتنى ان انبه انه بعد استرجاع ايميلك ان تتخذ الخطوات الاتيه:
1 - تغيير السؤال السرى والدوله المسجل بها .
2 - تغيير كلمة السر كما وضحت سابقا وحفظ التغييرات فى مفكره خارجية حتى لا يسرق مرة أخرى.
3 - إنشاء مجلدين جديدين في الحساب وتسميتهم باسماء تحفظونها .
فذكر اسم هذان المجلدان يساعد في عملية استعادة البريد المسروق

طبعا سنحتاجه

انا اصلي صديق لي فقد ايميله و يطلب مني مساعداته فبحث في النت ووجدت هذه قلت اضعها في المنتدى

لأنها ستفيد الكثيروون

رغم اني لم اجربها بعد لأني صديق لم يفتح ايميله بعد
